1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?

I love that I can help our team be their best! In my role, I get to come up with creative solutions to ensure our team is operating as effectively as possible to better serve marketers and ClickDimensions customers.

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?

My advice would be to make your sales department your friend not your adversary. As a previous marketer, I had my share of dealing with difficult sales teams and finger pointing. However, I was also fortunate enough to work with some stellar sales leaders and forge partnerships that were very valuable. Not only do you get critical feedback to better target your audience, but you also create a more cohesive experience for customers and even speed up the sales cycle tied to your leads.

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?

We just rolled out our new marketing maturity model and a process to help make customer recommendations based on this model. With this, our goal is to better help our customers move into the next phase of marketing maturity for their business no matter where they are today.

4. What book has had a big impact on your life, either professionally or personally?

My all time favorite book is “Yes Please” by Amy Poehler. She is one of my favorite comedy “cool girls” and her book keeps me laughing, but also has some really deep and profound moments. I like how she helps coach her readers to get out of their own head and not worry about being perfect, something I try to remember.

5. If you could choose to travel somewhere right now, where would you go?

I have been really missing traveling! At top of my list right now is Greece. I love the water and swimming in the crystal-clear ocean with a beautiful backdrop of houses carved into a cliff seems breath-taking. I also love Mediterranean food, so Greece has the whole package for me.
