How We Engage

ClickDimensions may be a remote-first company, but our Clicksters engage every day both virtually and in-person, creating a sense of culture and community that balances our work-from-home style. In some of our locations, Clicksters have the option to work in offices or shared workspaces, and we gather virtually and in our locations each quarter to share updates, and information, and engage. Whether it is through Teams calls or messages, our intranet (nicknamed the Clicktranet), sending Good Vibes to recognize each other, partnering new hires with buddies when they join ClickDimensions, sharing in our quarterly Values Awards, or gathering in-person, Clicksters work to build a community that spans the globe, supports the company, our customers and partners, and each other.
