1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
It sounds cliché when I say it’s difficult to pick just one thing but if I had to choose, I would say THE PEOPLE!. The ClickDimensions team is just full of amazing individuals from different cultures who I look forward to speaking with every day which contributes to such a positive office environment. On top of that, my role gives me the opportunity to work closely with some of our clients so I get to build relationships with truly great people based all around the world.

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
We’re here to help! Everyone at ClickDimensions’ main goal is helping our customers as best as we can. I know I can speak for my team (Marketing Services), we go above and beyond to make sure our customers have their needs and wants satisfied and we’re constantly looking at ways to improve the service to our customers. Ask a question, open a ticket or just come to us for advice and I can guarantee that someone on the ClickDimensions team would be more than happy to help you come to a solution

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
ClickDimensions has recently introduced the Score Models feature which allows you to create multiple Score Models that control when and how Lead/Contact scores are modified when certain actions occur. I am so excited about this as it is straightforward to use and provides an easy way to help gauge your target audience’s interest and interactions with your marketing activities. We have also revamped our out-of-box social media product and I am super excited about this as it offers you more flexibility and control with how you manage your company’s social media activity.

4. If you had your own late-night talk show, who would you invite as your first guest, and why?
I would have to say the late, great Stan Lee. I am a massive fan of Marvel Comics and recently I have found myself watching old clips of Stan Lee telling stories and I could listen to the man talk all day. Theoretically, I would love to have the chance to sit down with him and just pick his brains to find out his thought process behind how he created certain iconic characters or why he made certain decisions. The man was a genius, “nuff said”.

5. If you could choose to travel somewhere right now, where would you go?
New York City. It is a place I have wanted to visit since I was a child and that urge has no signs of going away. Covid-19 hindered any recent plans but my partner and I are currently looking into it so it may not be too long until dream becomes reality.
